The model S-7-19 is the largest single wheel machine that we manufacture. It has a tumble style wire-mesh basket that allows weldaments to be placed inside for surface treatment prior to welding or painting. This is a lot of machine in a small package. It has a mesh basket 36" diameter by 24" wide. Average cycle time for this machine is 10 minutes.
The model S-5-14 T is the most machine for the money. With a large cabinet and two high-horsepower blasting wheels, this machine can accommodate large or long parts, or a large volume of small parts. It can be configured with a custom-designed fixture or wire mesh basket 30" diameter by 68" wide. Average cycle time for this machine is 5 minutes.
The model S-17-40 T is our most common machine model across all industries and has been in continuous production for 40 years. The machine has a deeper cabinet than the S-5-14T and features aggressive cleaning utilizing two blasting wheels. It can be configured with a custom-designed fixture or wire mesh basket 36" diameter by 68" wide. Average cycle time for this machine is 10 minutes.
