Shotking fabricates the Walker Peenimpac Machine for your abrasive blast cleaning applications. The Walker Peenimpac Machine has been built since 1956 and is still satisfying customers today with its low operating costs and simple, rugged design.
The Walker Peenimpac is available in 12 different pre-engineered models ranging in size from a small tumble basket design to a large batch operational machine to high-volume automatic pass-through styles.
Shotking also can design a machine for your specific needs. Our staff has over 50 years designing blasting equipment. Our chief engineer Raymond Lightsey has been building the Walker Peenimpac Machine since 1963. Complete our Request a Quote form and give him a challenge! The model S-5.2 - the "Little Giant" - is our introductory machine. This is the machine that everyone can afford. It is ideal for the small part blaster. Parts are placed in a fixed basket for tumbling over a blast stream of steel media. The basket size is 24" diameter by 24" wide. Average cycle time for this model is 12 minutes.
The model S-3-9 is a larger, more powerful version of the S-5.2. It has a bigger basket for larger parts and more horsepower for faster cleaning. This is the machine that pioneered this industry 50 years ago. It is perfect for cleaning small to medium size parts. The basket size is 30" diameter by 24" wide. Average cycle time for this model is 8 minutes.
The model S-7-19 is the largest single wheel machine that we manufacturer. It has a large diameter basket for cleaning bigger parts and more horsepower to clean difficult parts. The basket size is 36" diameter by 32" wide. Average cycle time for this model is 8 minutes.
The model S-2-8 T is the smallest two-wheel machine that we manufacturer. It has a removable basket that can be configured for many types of applications. This model has a capacity for a 24" diameter basket 45" wide. Average cycle time for this machine is 12 minutes.
The model S-4-10 T is a slightly larger, more powerful version of the model S-2-8 T. The removable basket can be configured for many types of parts. This model has a capacity for a 36" diameter basket 48" wide. Average cycle time for this machine is 10 minutes.
The model S-5-14 T is the most machine for the money. This machine is often imitated, but never duplicated. For 30 years this machine has out-performed the competition. This model has a capacity for a 30" diameter basket, fixture, or cylinder 30" diameter by 68" long. Average cycle time for this model is 4 minutes.
The model S-17-40 T is a larger version of the S-5-14 T. This machine has a deeper cabinet to allow larger parts to be placed inside the machine for tumbling and cleaning. This machine can handle a fixture, basket or cylinder with a 36" diameter and has a cleaning span of 68" wide. Average cycle time for this machine is 10 minutes.
The model S-17-40 SP is a specialized, high-production version of our standard S-17-40 T. We take the standard model, add more horsepower, sideblasters, material handling system, and any other customer specific options. This machine is common for high production applications where fast cycle times and minimal material handling is required. Average cycle time for this machine is 5 minutes.
The model S-17-40 2E eliminates the "batching" common in most machines by allowing the product to pass directly through the machine. This eliminates the downtime of loading and unloading. With very high horsepower blasting motors, the cycle time is minimal. The inbound and outbound conveyor system is custom designed to interact with existing systems in your facility.
The model S-24-48 T is large enough to allow an 8 foot inside cleaning span. It can be customized to your specific part configuration. Typical basket, fixture, or cylinder size is 48" diameter by 104" wide. Average cycle time for this machine is 10 minutes.
The model S-34-55 500 was designed specifically for larger tanks and cylinders. This machine can handle tanks from 30” diameter to 48” diameter and has an effective cleaning width of 130”. Average cycle time for this model is 10 minutes. Loading is simple using your forklift.
The model S-34-55 1000 is the "beast" of tank and cylinder cleaning equipment. This machine can handle tanks from 36” diameter to 55” diameter with an effective cleaning width of 225”. That's high production on "bulk" scale!
